Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• HSE certification (e.g., AK3 Umum) preferred.
• 1–2 years in HSE/Safety, preferably in industrial/energy environments.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation and emergency response.
• Able to conduct safety inspections and prepare HSE reports.
• Ability to present training in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This role involves conducting daily safety inspections, monitoring workplace conditions, and supporting the implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety inspections and monitor workplace conditions to ensure compliance with HSE requirements
• Support the implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs and procedures
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices
• Assist in incident/accident investigations and prepare HSE reports and documentation
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and HSE awareness activities
• Support emergency preparedness, drills, and response activities
• Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and other required documentation
• Coordinate with employees, contractors, and relevant departments to ensure safe working practices

About you

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• Possess relevant HSE/Safety certification (e.g., AK3 Umum) is preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HSE/Safety, preferably in industrial, energy, or power plant environments
• Good understanding of occupational safety, risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response
• Able to conduct safety inspections and prepare clear HSE reports
• Able to conduct a Safety Training/Presentation in English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work in Cirebon, West Java
