Job summary

PT Euroasiatic Jaya in BSD South Tangerang seeks an HSE Officer to implement and maintain the QSHE management system, project HSE plan, and related KPIs. The role focuses on ensuring compliance across construction, fabrication, and commissioning activities.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, at least two years onsite HSE experience, and knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. Occasional onsite duties included.

Qualifications

• S1 graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as HSE Officer; onsite HSE preferred.
• Knowledge of Project HSE Standard and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the QSHE system, project HSE plan, KPIs, and objectives.
• Monitor daily construction and commissioning for HSE compliance, including risk assessments.
• Conduct inspections, audits, safety patrols, toolbox talks, and PPE/environment checks.
• Coordinate HSE training, induction, emergency response, and incident investigations.
• Prepare HSE reports and statistics; communicate requirements to personnel and clients.

Job description

Implement and maintain the QSHE Management System, Project HSE Plan, programs, KPIs, targets, and objectives.

Monitor daily construction, fabrication, and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with HSE requirements, procedures, JSA, and risk assessments.

Conduct HSE inspections, audits, safety patrols, toolbox meetings, and safety programs, including PPE, equipment, workplace, and environmental checks.

Coordinate HSE training, induction, emergency response, and incident investigation to improve safety awareness and personnel competency.

Prepare HSE performance reports and statistics, communicate HSE requirements to project personnel, and coordinate HSE matters with management and clients.

Qualifications:

S1 graduate

Minimum 2 years' experience as HSE Officer (onsite HSE is preferred)

Knowledge Project HSE Standard and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018

BSD, South Tangerang placement (occasionally go onsite)
