Job summary

PT Suryacipta Swadaya on-site HSE supervision position focusing on implementing health, safety, and environmental policies at power infrastructure sites across Indonesia.

The role requires 3–5 years in power construction, valid K3 certifications, and strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, hazard identification, and risk assessment. You will lead incident reporting and on-site training programs for workers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in power infrastructure construction projects.
• Valid Ahli K3 Umum (Kemnaker) or BNSP K3 Supervisor level certification.
• Certified Ahli K3 Listrik (Electrical Safety certification).
• Certified Auditor for SMK3 or ISO 45001.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, hazard identification, and risk assessment (HIRADC).
• Proficient in preparing incident reports and safety programs; capable of clear on-site training communications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of HSE policies and procedures on site.
• Conduct routine inspections of working conditions, PPE, and safety equipment.
• Prepare and deliver reports on work accidents, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Provide HSE training and awareness programs to workers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with the project team and third parties to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Conduct accident investigations and formulate preventive measures.
• Ensure all environmental and safety permits are obtained and fulfilled.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to HSE.
