PT Kaltimex Energy is seeking an experienced HSE Officer in Indonesia to lead safety and regulatory compliance across energy projects. The role requires AK3U certification, Fit to Work MCU reports, and strong CSMS experience.
You will prepare HSE documentation, coordinate with teams and contractors, and drive incident investigations while maintaining ISO standards. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of experience, and willingness to be deployed to
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in energy and oil & gas industries.
AK3U certification from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) is mandatory. Must have a valid MCU report in accordance with SKK Migas standards, with a “Fit to Work” status.Strong understanding of Indonesian HSE regulations, including SMK3 and K3.
Experienced in handling Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) in compliance with SKK Migas requirements.
Other relevant ISO certifications will be an advantage.
Able to understand and communicate in English.
Willing to be assigned to project sites as required and able to work independently.
Prepare and review HSE documents, including CSMC, HSE Plan, Risk Assessments, JSA, HIRADC, and Permit to Work (PTW); monitor their implementation and prepare the relevant reports.
Coordinate with project teams/internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure HSE requirements are properly fulfilled, documented, and implemented at the project site and operations activities.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Assist the ISO Officer in monitoring, implementing, and maintaining applicable ISO standards within the company, and ensuring quality standards are consistently applied in daily work activities.
Participate in audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness activities, including drills and safety training.
