Job summary

Peoplyee is seeking a sales professional in Jakarta to engage with existing customers, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role requires Mandarin proficiency (HSK4) and at least 1 year in sales or sales support, preferably in industrial sectors.

You will develop sales strategies, use BI tools, review orders, and coordinate with finance and order entry teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Mandarin proficiency equivalent to HSK Level 4.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or sales support, preferably in industrial sales.
• Lebaran THR: 1 month of salary.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing customers to increase sales revenue and strengthen long-term business relationships.
• Develop and apply effective sales techniques and strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Use available technology and business intelligence reports to identify opportunities, support customer communication, and improve the sales process.
• Understand and anticipate customer needs, provide clear and transparent communication, and maintain accurate customer data.
• Prepare repair quotations and respond to customer inquiries regarding credit terms, pricing, and product availability.
• Review customer orders for accuracy, prepare sales orders, and coordinate smooth handovers to order entry and finance teams.
• Investigate and resolve order, invoicing, and delivery discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams.
• Maintain data integrity and manage sales activities, opportunities, and pipelines in the customer relationship management database.
• Participate in individual, team, divisional, and company meetings and initiatives.
• Follow established best practices to maintain financial and data integrity while supporting effective sales and customer service processes.
• Represent the organization professionally by demonstrating strong product knowledge and a customer-oriented approach.
