Job summary

PT Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a Training Specialist to conduct and coordinate training for the Risk Collection Function across departments. You will design, schedule and deliver programs, manage classes, and ensure timely completion of training objectives.

A Bachelor's degree and at least two years as a trainer are required; familiarity with LMS and MS Office, and strong English or Bahasa Indonesia communication are essential; relocation to Pekanbaru is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Trainer or Learning & Development.
• Experience delivering online or offline training for mass roles (customer service, collection, sales).
• Proficient with Learning Management System (LMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Skilled in training design and material development aligned to learning syllabus.
• Excellent spoken and written English or Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training and socialization for designated collection team members.
• Deliver training for all departments under Risk Collection Function.
• Manage end-to-end training activities and timelines.
• Prepare training materials and manuals.
• Provide training reports and updates to Training SPV in timely manners.
