Job summary

Talent Insider, a Jakarta-based HR consultancy, seeks a Risk Control Operation Manager to lead the local Credit Review and Collection Team and drive risk control objectives. You will oversee KPI targets, coach through training, and guide improvements based on data insights.

The role requires a Bachelor degree and at least 3 years of management experience in credit review or collections, with fluency in English and Indonesian.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams of 50+ people preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL and data reporting.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Indonesia's local Credit Review and Collection Team to achieve risk control objectives.
• Develop KPI targets and improve team performance through training and incentives.
• Monitor data indicators (timeliness, overdue/recall rates) and identify operational problems with data-driven solutions.
• Organize regular training to enhance team capabilities in credit review and collection.
• Coordinate with remote teams, report on performance and operations.

Job Description

• Be Responsible For The Management Of Indonesia's Local Credit Review And Collection Team, And Lead The Team To Achieve Risk Control Objectives.
• Develop Team KPI Targets, Continuously Improve Team Performance Through Training, Management, Incentives And Other Ways, And Create A Better Risk Control Operation Team.
• Count And Observe The Changes Of Various Data Indicators Of The Team, Such As Processing Timeliness, Overdue Rate, Recall Rate, Etc., And Be Able To Find Problems In Operation Based On The Data, Formulate Solutions And Organize The Implementation.
• Regularly Organize The Training Of The Credit Review And Collection Team To Continuously Improve The Team's Business Ability.
• Communicate With Remote Teams, Report Team Performance And Operation And Report Regularly.

Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above.
• At least 3 years of management experience in credit review or collection team in the credit industry, with team management experience of more than 50 people preferred.
• Be able to use Excel, SQL and other tools to process data and output reports.
• Be able to communicate in English and Indonesian. Mandarin will be a plus point.
• Strong learning ability, good teamwork spirit, good stress resistance, and result oriented.
