Job summary

Iron Mountain in Indonesia is seeking a proactive Credit and Collection Specialist to manage the accounts receivable lifecycle for our Indonesia business, ensuring timely revenue recovery and healthy cash flow. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Customer Service to resolve billing disputes, monitor aging, and deliver AR reporting.

Bahasa Indonesia proficiency and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

1+ years experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or a related Finance role with Indonesian market experience.
Strong knowledge of credit control processes, aging analysis, and reconciliation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP).
Negotiation and dispute resolution skills; able to handle overdue debts.
Bahasa Indonesia proficiency (written and verbal) essential, with strong English communication.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end credit control activities including receivable aging, statements, reminders, and payments.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to investigate and resolve billing disputes.
Assist in AR aging reporting, account reconciliations, and other finance duties for accurate reporting.
