PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia is seeking a Reward & Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate and timely payroll, compensation, and benefits administration. The role includes benchmarking, budgeting, and HR reporting, while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of payroll/compensation experience, strong Excel skills, and fluent English; Mandarin skills are a plus.
Reward & Payroll Analyst is responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll, compensation, and employee benefit administration in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Support reward analysis, compensation benchmarking, budgeting, and payroll-related reporting to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant employee remuneration.
Manage and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll, compensation, and employee benefit administration
Support reward analysis, compensation benchmarking, budgeting, and payroll-related reporting
Conduct salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, salary review, and reward administration
Monitor compensation costs against approved budgets
Prepare payroll, compensation benefit, and budget-related reports using HRIS systems
Handle employee inquiries and maintain confidentiality of employee information
Coordinate effectively with relevant departments
Manage multiple priorities and meet strict payroll deadlines
Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Statistics, or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, Reward, or HR Administration
Strong understanding of payroll administration, PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and applicable employment regulations
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and preparing payroll, compensation benefit, and budget-related reports
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, with strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is highly prioritized
