Job summary

You will lead end-to-end implementations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain agility to adapt to changing client needs while striving to exceed revenue targets. Fluency in English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an F&B, technology sales, or related industry.
• Diploma degree required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to understand client needs and build long-term relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate honestly and professionally.
• Fluent English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through business events, cold calling, canvassing, and company-generated leads.
• Build trust-based relationships with clients by active listening and empathetic understanding, and recommending ESB solutions with integrity.
• Achieve and surpass revenue targets by positioning ESB products through honest and consultative selling, demonstrating measurable business value.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring seamless product integration while remaining agile to client feedback and timelines.
• Provide strategic business consulting with transparent recommendations, proactive solutions, and ongoing support aligned with clients' growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent, responsive, and customer-centric experience throughout the journey.
