Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in FnB/Tech sales or related fields.
• Diploma is required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
• A strong customer-oriented attitude driven by genuine empathy for merchant success.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills grounded in honesty and transparency.
• High agility with strong problem-solving aptitude; able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-mobility environment.
• Fluency in English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and actively pursue potential customers through networking at events, cold calling, canvassing, or following up on leads.
• Establish and nurture relationships built on empathy, understanding client needs to propose ESB solutions.
• Surpass revenue targets by honestly showcasing the direct and transparent impact of ESB products on client profitability.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation with high agility, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery.
• Provide strategic and honest consulting services, offering transparent insights and recommendations.
