Job summary

Power Commerce Asia in Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Returns Supervisor to oversee return receiving, SKU accuracy, condition classification, and the disposition of returned goods, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will coordinate with Inventory, QC, CS, and other departments, manage staffing and workload, and prepare daily return monitoring reports while driving process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy across the returns workflow.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• 5+ years in warehouse/logistics operations with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes: outbound, picking/packing, inventory control.
• Proficient with WMS and barcode scanners.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee return receiving, SKUs, item condition, and return reasons.
• Monitor and classify returned goods by status and category.
• Ensure timely resolution of pending return processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure smooth execution of return receiving processes.
• Monitor SKU accuracy, quantity, item condition, and return reasons during the receiving process.
• Monitor return transactions and ensure accurate system updates.
• Ensure returned goods are properly segregated by condition and status.
• Monitor and classify returned goods into Good, Damaged, Expired, and Rejected categories.
• Monitor pending and overdue return processes and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor and investigate discrepancies related to quantity, SKU, and item condition.
• Monitor the process of putaway, disposal, and relocation of returned goods according to the applicable procedures.
• Coordinate with Inventory, QC, CS, and relevant departments to resolve return-related issues.
• Manage manpower allocation and workload distribution based on operational requirements.
• Monitor the return and staging areas to ensure proper organization and operational efficiency.
• Prepare daily return monitoring reports and track key operational performance indicators.
• Conduct daily team briefings, coaching, and performance monitoring to ensure operational standards are maintained.
• Identify and support the implementation of process improvements to improve return efficiency, accuracy, and productivity

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with experience as a Leader, Supervisor, or core operational team member
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, particularly outbound, picking & packing, storage, returns, and inventory control
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and other warehouse operational tools
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work toward operational targets and deadlines
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment and adapt to operational requirements, including shift arrangements if needed
