Job summary

Power Commerce Asia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee outbound processes in our Depok facility. You will monitor picking, packing, sorting and loading, ensuring accuracy and timely handoffs to transporters.

Leadership, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving are essential to keep operations efficient. The role requires 5+ years in warehouse or logistics operations with supervisory experience, and familiarity with WMS and barcode scanners in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in warehouse or logistics operations, with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of outbound, picking & packing, storage, returns, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure smooth execution of outbound processes (picking, packing, sorting, loading).
• Track accuracy to minimize errors and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Coordinate manpower allocation and workload distribution according to needs.
• Investigate discrepancies (wrong SKUs, shortages) and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure smooth execution of outbound processes, including picking, packing, sorting, and loading
• Monitor picking and packing accuracy to minimize errors and discrepancies
• Monitor team productivity and ensure operational targets are achieved
• Monitor pending and overdue orders and coordinate timely resolution
• Manage manpower allocation and workload distribution based on operational needs
• Monitor and investigate discrepancies, including wrong SKUs, shortages, and other outbound issues
• Ensure accurate and timely handover of shipments to transporters
• Monitor staging and outbound areas to ensure proper organization and smooth workflow
• Handle operational issues and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution
• Prepare daily outbound reports and monitor key operational KPIs
• Conduct team coaching, performance monitoring, and evaluation
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve outbound efficiency, accuracy, and productivity

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with experience as a Leader, Supervisor, or core operational team member
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, particularly outbound, picking & packing, storage, returns, and inventory control
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and other warehouse operational tools
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work toward operational targets and deadlines
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment and adapt to operational requirements, including shift arrangements if needed
