Power Commerce Asia is seeking a seasoned warehouse operations lead to manage inbound/outbound, inventory, and returns across multiple sites in Indonesia. You will plan daily schedules, drive performance, and ensure accuracy with WMS and scans while coordinating with courier teams and HO.

The role requires 6+ years in warehouse leadership, a logistics-related degree, and strong SAP-like processes, safety compliance, and 5S discipline. Remote work is not offered; several city locations are listed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or operations management.
• Minimum 6 years in warehouse/logistics leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, storage, returns, and inventory control.
• Experience with WMS systems and handheld scanners.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee all warehouse operational activities, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns.
• Arrange daily operator work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure team performance meets operational targets and SLAs.
• Conduct daily control of stock data accuracy (WMS vs. physical), and handle mismatches, damaged, or missing items.
• Responsible for achieving operational KPIs such as SLA compliance, stock accuracy, and team productivity.
• Perform process quality checks and ensure all activities comply with SOPs, safety standards, and the 5S principles.
• Coordinate with courier teams, admin, customer service, and head office (HO) teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports related to inbound, outbound, aging, and manpower performance status.

• Strong understanding of warehouse processes: inbound, outbound, storage, returns, and inventory control
• Familiar with using WMS systems, scanners, and other basic operational tools
• Possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work toward operational targets
