Job summary

Power Commerce Asia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee returns, SKU accuracy, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage manpower, and ensure timely resolution of issues in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in logistics/operations.
• 5+ years in warehouse or logistics operations with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of outbound, picking & packing, storage, returns, and inventory control.
• Familiar with WMS and barcode scanners; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure smooth execution of return receiving processes.
• Monitor SKU accuracy, quantity, item condition, and return reasons.
• Monitor return transactions and ensure accurate system updates.
• Ensure returned goods are segregated by condition and status.
• Classify returned goods into Good, Damaged, Expired, and Rejected.
• Oversee pending/overdue return processes and timely resolution.
• Investigate discrepancies related to quantity, SKU, and condition.
• Coordinate putaway, disposal, and relocation of returns per procedures.
• Coordinate with Inventory, QC, CS, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Manage manpower allocation and workload distribution.
• Monitor return and staging areas for organization and efficiency.
• Prepare daily return monitoring reports and KPIs.
• Conduct daily team briefings, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure smooth execution of return receiving processes.
• Monitor SKU accuracy, quantity, item condition, and return reasons during the receiving process.
• Monitor return transactions and ensure accurate system updates.
• Ensure returned goods are properly segregated by condition and status.
• Monitor and classify returned goods into Good, Damaged, Expired, and Rejected categories.
• Monitor pending and overdue return processes and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor and investigate discrepancies related to quantity, SKU, and item condition.
• Monitor the process of putaway, disposal, and relocation of returned goods according to the applicable procedures.
• Coordinate with Inventory, QC, CS, and relevant departments to resolve return-related issues.
• Manage manpower allocation and workload distribution based on operational requirements.
• Monitor the return and staging areas to ensure proper organization and operational efficiency.
• Prepare daily return monitoring reports and track key operational performance indicators.
• Conduct daily team briefings, coaching, and performance monitoring to ensure operational standards are maintained.
• Identify and support the implementation of process improvements to improve return efficiency, accuracy, and productivity

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with experience as a Leader, Supervisor, or core operational team member
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, particularly outbound, picking & packing, storage, returns, and inventory control
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and other warehouse operational tools
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work toward operational targets and deadlines
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment and adapt to operational requirements, including shift arrangements if needed
