Job summary

Power Commerce Asia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee outbound logistics in Depok. You will monitor picking, packing, sorting, and loading, while ensuring accuracy and timely handover to transporters.

Leadersh ip and coordination skills are essential to manage manpower, track KPIs, and drive improvements in outbound efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse or logistics operations with leadership/supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of outbound, picking & packing, storage, returns, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outbound processes (picking, packing, sorting, loading) and ensure accuracy.
• Track team productivity and achieve operational targets.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve issues and ensure timely shipments.
• Oversee manpower allocation and workload distribution.
• Prepare daily outbound reports and monitor KPIs.
• Coach the team and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure smooth execution of outbound processes, including picking, packing, sorting, and loading
• Monitor picking and packing accuracy to minimize errors and discrepancies
• Monitor team productivity and ensure operational targets are achieved
• Monitor pending and overdue orders and coordinate timely resolution
• Manage manpower allocation and workload distribution based on operational needs
• Monitor and investigate discrepancies, including wrong SKUs, shortages, and other outbound issues
• Ensure accurate and timely handover of shipments to transporters
• Monitor staging and outbound areas to ensure proper organization and smooth workflow
• Handle operational issues and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution
• Prepare daily outbound reports and monitor key operational KPIs
• Conduct team coaching, performance monitoring, and evaluation
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve outbound efficiency, accuracy, and productivity

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with experience as a Leader, Supervisor, or core operational team member
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, particularly outbound, picking & packing, storage, returns, and inventory control
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and other warehouse operational tools
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work toward operational targets and deadlines
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment and adapt to operational requirements, including shift arrangements if needed
