Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Sales Retail Trainer Staff to roll out learning programs across Blibli stores in the Cirebon area. You’ll deliver training, facilitate sessions, monitor progress, and support employee capability development to meet business goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–5 years in Learning & Development or Retail Training, strong facilitation and communication skills, plus willingness to travel for field visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Implementation, Training Specialist, Retail Training, or related function.
• Strong experience in training delivery, facilitation, coaching, store visits, and employee development programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Cirebon area and frequent field visits to stores and operational locations.

Responsibilities

• Execute training programs and learning initiatives across stores and operational locations within the Cirebon area, ensuring alignment with business objectives and training standards.
• Facilitate engaging classroom, on-the-job, and virtual training sessions covering product knowledge, sales capability, customer service excellence, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Monitor training participation, learning progress, certification completion, and training effectiveness through evaluations, observations, coaching follow-ups, and data-driven reporting.
• Support new store openings, onboarding programs, refreshment training, and development initiatives to ensure employee readiness and performance consistency.
• Collaborate with Store Operations, Area Managers, and relevant stakeholders to identify capability gaps and ensure training implementation supports operational needs.
• Conduct coaching and field visits to reinforce learning application and drive continuous improvement in employee performance.
