Job summary

Blibli Electronic, part of Blibli Group, is seeking a Sales Retail Trainer Staff to drive learning programs across stores in the Cirebon area. You will deliver training, facilitate sessions, and monitor impact to raise product knowledge and service standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–5 years in Learning & Development or Retail Training, with strong communication and willingness to travel for field visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Education, Business, or related field.
• 1–5 years in Learning & Development or Retail Training.
• Experience in training delivery, facilitation, coaching, and field visits.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willing to travel within the Cirebon area for store visits.
• Experience in retail/electronics/service industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute training programs and learning initiatives across stores and operational locations within the Cirebon area.
• Facilitate classroom, on-the-job, and virtual training sessions on product knowledge, sales capability, customer service, procedures, and policies.
• Monitor participation, learning progress, certification, and effectiveness through evaluations and coaching follow-ups.
• Support new store openings, onboarding, and refreshment training to ensure readiness.
• Collaborate with Store Operations and Area Managers to identify capability gaps and ensure training aligns with needs.
• Conduct coaching and field visits to reinforce learning and drive performance improvements.

What We'll Work on Together

• Execute training programs and learning initiatives across stores and operational locations within the Cirebon area, ensuring alignment with business objectives and training standards.
• Facilitate engaging classroom, on-the-job, and virtual training sessions covering product knowledge, sales capability, customer service excellence, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Monitor training participation, learning progress, certification completion, and training effectiveness through evaluations, observations, coaching follow-ups, and data-driven reporting.
• Support new store openings, onboarding programs, refreshment training, and development initiatives to ensure employee readiness and performance consistency.
• Collaborate with Store Operations, Area Managers, and relevant stakeholders to identify capability gaps and ensure training implementation supports operational needs.
• Conduct coaching and field visits to reinforce learning application and drive continuous improvement in employee performance.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Implementation, Training Specialist, Retail Training, or a related function.
• Strong experience in training delivery, facilitation, coaching, store visits, and employee development programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable traveling within the Cirebon area and conducting frequent field visits to stores and operational locations.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, consumer electronics, or service industries will be an advantage.
• Open to candidates from various industries with relevant Learning & Development and Training experience.
