Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in T&D or HR development, with strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HRM, Education, or related field.
• 1-2 years in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or HR Development.
• Experience in Retail or High-End Services, with ability to develop training programs, curricula, materials, and modules.
• Good communication, presentation, facilitation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to plan, manage time, and multitask effectively.
• Analytical, proactive, and able to identify employee development and training needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective training programs and methods based on organizational needs.
• Identify and assess training needs through job analysis, performance evaluation, and competency gaps.
• Develop training curriculum, materials, and modules aligned with organization goals and employee development needs.
• Conduct individual and group training programs, including onboarding and employee development programs.
• Responsible for the overall Training & Development process, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with related departments and support training implementation across stores/outlets.
