Job summary

PT Chandra Jaya Sukses, a subsidiary behind Melandas furniture in Jakarta, seeks a Training & Development lead to design and implement onboarding and development programs across its stores. You will assess needs via job analysis and performance reviews, and drive curriculum, materials, and modules aligned with company goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in T&D or HR development, with strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HRM, Education, or related field.
• 1-2 years in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or HR Development.
• Experience in Retail or High-End Services, with ability to develop training programs, curricula, materials, and modules.
• Good communication, presentation, facilitation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to plan, manage time, and multitask effectively.
• Analytical, proactive, and able to identify employee development and training needs.
