Job summary

Blibli Electronic is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and guide the store team. You will ensure visuals, drive sales, and serve as the vital link between staff and management.

You will oversee inventory, merchandising, and performance, coach team members, ensure compliance with procedures, and foster a welcoming environment. Diploma or degree and 2–3 years retail experience required; weekend shifts expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Business/Retail Management.
• 2–3 years retail experience, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
• 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
