Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, 2–3 years of retail experience (electronics preferred), and a customer-first mindset. You will work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with electronic products, POS systems, and basic inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the store team to achieve daily sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and team performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact on the floor, ensuring operational excellence and a positive team environment.
• Coach and motivate team members to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
