Job summary

Blibli Electronic, part of Blibli Group, seeks a Store Supervisor in Indonesia to lead daily retail operations, drive sales, and nurture a high-performing team. You’ll manage inventory, merchandising, and floor coaching to deliver exceptional customer experiences across shifts.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business/Retail Management, 2–3 years retail experience with 1 year in supervision, and strong leadership, communication, and POS/inventory skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with electronic products, POS systems, and basic inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the store team to achieve daily sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and team performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact on the floor, ensuring operational excellence and a positive team environment.
• Coach and motivate team members to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
• Ensure store compliance with all operational procedures and brand standards.
