Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably within gadget or mobile phone retail.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by leading and motivating retail teams across assigned stores.
• Execute sales strategies to expand customer base and strengthen local market presence.
• Monitor and manage area performance, including sales targets and profit & loss (P&L).
• Build strong relationships with customers and key local stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent store execution, operational discipline, and customer service standards.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate store teams to improve performance and engagement.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support store rotations and area coverage as required to ensure business continuity.
