Job summary

Blibli is expanding nationwide and seeks a Store Supervisor in Jakarta to lead daily store operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will guide the store team, maintain visual standards, and drive sales as the crucial link between staff and management.

You will oversee inventory, merchandising, and team performance, coaching colleagues to boost product knowledge and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with brand standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in electronics or consumer goods, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Experience with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the store team to achieve daily sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and team performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact on the floor, ensuring operational excellence and a positive team environment.
• Coach and motivate team members to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
• Ensure store compliance with all operational procedures and brand standards.
