Job summary

Blibli Electronic is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor for Jabodetabek & Semarang to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will guide the store team, maintain visual standards, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with brand procedures, while driving sales and coaching staff to reach targets in a fast-paced electronics environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Familiarity with electronic products and POS systems.

As a Store Supervisor, you will be a key leader on the front line, overseeing daily store operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience. About you

A minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field

2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in electronics or consumer goods, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members

A proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction

Familiarity with electronic products, POS systems, and basic inventory management

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
