Blibli Electronic, part of the Blibli Group, is expanding nationwide and seeks a Store Supervisor in Jakarta to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will guide the store team, maintain visual standards, and drive sales while ensuring adherence to brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in retail, and a customer-first mindset. Shifts include weekends and public holidays, with opportunities to grow within a trusted retail network.

Qualificações

• A minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in electronics or consumer goods, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
• A proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with electronic products, POS systems, and basic inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
