Job summary

Time International is seeking an inventory officer in Jakarta to maintain and analyze inventory lists, perform audits, and prepare variance reports. You will unpack shipments, label items, and coordinate transfers and holds, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years experience in stock assessment, inventory control, warehouse auditing, or retail backoffice management.
• Min. Diploma 3 from reputable university.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and familiarity with Inventory Management Systems or retail POS.
• Thorough accuracy on handling numbers, product serial numbers, and physical counts.
• Good in Communication and able to work with the teams.

Responsibilities

• Tag, barcode, and process verified merchandise prior to transferring to sales floor or holding bays.
• Coordinate stock pulls, store-to-store transfers, client holds, and RTV shipments.

Job description

Maintain, update, and analyze current inventory master lists and stock reports using Advanced Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation formulas).

Perform regular stock audits, comparing physical counts against POS/ERP system data to identify inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, or missing stock.

Prepare weekly and monthly stock audit summaries and variance reports for the Operations Manager.

• Unpack, inspect, count, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
• Tag, barcode, and process all verified merchandise prior to transferring items to the sales floor or secure holding bays.
• Coordinate stock pulls, store-to-store transfers, client holds, and return-to-warehouse (RTV) shipments accurately.

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

• 1–3+ years experience of experience in stock assessment, inventory control, warehouse auditing, or retail backoffice management (luxury or fashion retail preferred).
• Min. Diploma 3 from reputable university.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and familiarity with Inventory Management Systems or retail POS.
• Thorough accuracy on handling numbers, product serial numbers, and physical counts.
