Job summary

Indonesia Premium Goods (IPG) seeks an E-Commerce Warehouse Checker to oversee inventory accuracy across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and warehouse operations. You will handle stock reconciliation, stock opname, SKU monitoring, and adjustments to ensure availability for timely order fulfillment.

Office location in North Jakarta; advanced Excel skills required, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF/IFS, SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH, and Pivot Tables. Experience with WMS/ERP and Seller Centers is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK/SMA qualification or equivalent in related field.
• Proven experience as Checker, Stokiest, Inventory Controller or similar in e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and Shopee Seller Center.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and warehouse operations.
• Perform regular reconciliation between physical stock, system stock, and marketplace inventory.
• Conduct stock opname and SKU-level inventory analysis to identify discrepancies and trends.
• Monitor stock availability, fast-moving SKUs, and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Ensure accurate recording and updating of stock movements across WMS, ERP, and marketplace Seller Centers.

Job description

As an E-Commerce Warehouse Checker / Stokiest, you'll manage inventory accuracy across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and warehouse operations. You'll handle stock reconciliation, stock opname, SKU monitoring, and inventory adjustments while working closely with warehouse and e-commerce teams to ensure accurate stock availability and smooth order fulfillment.

Job Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and warehouse operations.

Perform regular reconciliation between physical stock, system stock, and marketplace inventory.

Conduct stock opname and SKU-level inventory analysis to identify discrepancies and inventory trends.

Monitor stock availability, fast-moving SKUs, and coordinate timely replenishment to support smooth order fulfillment.

Ensure accurate recording and updating of stock-in, stock-out, and inventory movements.

Manage stock adjustments and inventory updates across WMS, ERP, and marketplace Seller Centers.

Monitor aging, near-expiry, B-grade, and promotional stock for appropriate utilization.

Prepare inventory reports and work closely with warehouse, e-commerce, sales, and marketing teams to ensure stock accuracy and availability.

Qualifications

Minimum SMK/SMA, preferably in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Data, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Checker, Stokiest, Inventory Controller, or similar role within an e-commerce environment is required.

Hands-on experience managing inventory through TikTok Shop and Shopee Seller Center is required.

Strong understanding of stock checking, stock opname, inventory reconciliation, and SKU-level stock management.

Advanced Excel skills are required, with strong ability to work with multi-formula functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF/IFS, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, INDEX-MATCH, and Pivot Tables.

Familiar with WMS, ERP, Seller Center, and other e-commerce inventory management systems.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze inventory data, identify discrepancies, and resolve stock issues accurately.

Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with warehouse, e-commerce, sales, and marketing teams.
