Time International, a Retail company in Indonesia, seeks an Assistant Manager - Finance to lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, and to oversee the accounting team in Jakarta. You will ensure accuracy of consolidated financial statements, support audits, improve processes, SAP ERP usage, and collaborate with FP&A, Operations, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 4–6 years of experience, including 2–3 years in supervision, strong Excel
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Supervise, coach, and support the accounting team to ensure smooth and effective daily operations.
Oversee accounting activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and SOPs.
Review financial statements, financial ratios, and Gross Profit (GP) comparative reports to provide meaningful business insights.
Oversee consolidated financial statements, annual audits, bank reporting, and coordination with external auditors.
Review and resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure proper reconciliation and documentation.
Review and approve relevant Purchase Orders, commission adjustments, inventory adjustments, and other accounting-related transactions within assigned authority.
Support process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements to improve accounting efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and other stakeholders on accounting matters and business initiatives.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure consistent implementation of accounting procedures across the organization.
Bachelor’s degree inAccounting.
4–6 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or Assistant Manager capacity.
Hands-on experience withERP systems, preferably SAP.
Strong experience inconsolidated financial statements, annual audits, and bank reporting.
Solid understanding offinancial ratio analysis, GP comparative reporting, CIP, and fixed asset reclassification.
Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, including financial modeling and data reconciliation.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
