Job summary

Time International, Jakarta-based, is seeking a Retail Stock Assistant to maintain and analyze inventory lists and stock reports, and to coordinate stock transfers and RTV shipments.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in stock assessment or retail backoffice, a Diploma 3, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with inventory systems or POS. Strong accuracy and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in stock assessment, inventory control, warehouse auditing, or retail backoffice management (luxury or fashion retail preferred).
• Min. Diploma 3 from reputable university.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and familiarity with Inventory Management Systems or retail POS.
• Thorough accuracy on handling numbers, product serial numbers, and physical counts.
• Good communication and ability to work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and analyze inventory lists and stock reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation formulas).
• Perform regular stock audits comparing physical counts with POS/ERP data to identify discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly stock audit summaries and variance reports for the Operations Manager.
• Unpack, inspect, count, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
• Tag, barcode, and process merchandise prior to transferring items to sales floor or secure holding bays.
• Coordinate stock pulls, store-to-store transfers, client holds, and RTV shipments accurately.
