• Execute sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and tax-free processing with accuracy using the POS system.
• Handle multi-currency transactions, high-value credit card processing, wire transfers, and luxury gift card redemptions.
• Perform daily register opening and closing procedures, reconciliations, and cash drawer audits.
• Ensure strict compliance with store financial controls, loss prevention protocols, and AML regulations.
• Expertly wrap, package, and present client purchases according to brand guidelines.

Job description

Execute sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and tax-free processing with complete accuracy using the POS system.

Handle multi-currency transactions, high-value credit card processing, wire transfers, and luxury gift card redemptions.

Perform daily register opening and closing procedures, reconciliations, and cash drawer audits.

Ensure strict compliance with store financial controls, loss prevention protocols, and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Expertly wrap, package, and present client purchases according to strict brand packaging guidelines and seasonal presentation standards.

• Prepare reports on payment methods (credit, cash, wire transfers, foreign currency) and tax-refund claims.

What You'll Need To Succeed :

2+ years of experience in luxury retail cashiering or Banking teller.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (such as Word, Excel, & Power Point), retail POS reporting tools, and basic data analysis.

Preferable having experience in high-end gift wrapping.

• Strong ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with stores and cross-functional teams to resolve any payment-related issues.
