Qualifications

• Requires Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
• 3–5 years of experience as a supervisor in retail.
• Understanding of retail operations and stock inventory.
• Strong leadership, analytics, communication, problem-solving, and target orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written English; proficient in MS Office, POS systems and sales monitoring.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends; locations in Jakarta, Medan, Bandung, Balikpapan.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to increase store sales, traffic, and profitability.
• Ensure daily store operations align with company goals and procedures.
• Lead and develop store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service.
• Monitor sales performance, expenses, and overall store profitability.
• Prepare reports and implement improvements to enhance store performance and efficiency.
• Monitor stock inventory to ensure product availability.
