Job summary

PT Panen Lestari Indonesia (PLI) is seeking a store supervisor to drive sales, traffic, and profitability at Bandung-area stores. You will lead store staff, ensure smooth daily operations, and align activities with company goals and procedures.

You will monitor performance, control expenses, and prepare reports while maintaining strong customer service. The role requires 3–5 years in retail supervision, leadership, and English proficiency, with a willingness to work shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
• 3–5 years of experience as supervisor in a retail industry.
• Understands retail operations and stock inventory.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, problem-solving skills, and target-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written English, MS Office, POS systems, and monitoring sales.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, Bandung area.

Responsibilities
