Job summary

PT Panen Lestari Indonesia (PLI) is seeking a Store Supervisor for its Surabaya outlets to drive sales, traffic, and profitability while ensuring daily operations align with corporate goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in retail supervision, strong leadership and analytical skills, English proficiency, and experience with MS Office and POS systems. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and travel within Surabaya.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
• Min. 3–5 years of experience as supervisor in a retail industry.
• Understands retail operations and stock inventory.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, problem-solving skills, and target-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written in English, MS Office, POS systems, and monitoring sales.
