PT Panen Lestari Indonesia (PLI) is seeking a Store Supervisor for its Surabaya outlets to drive sales, traffic, and profitability while ensuring daily operations align with corporate goals.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in retail supervision, strong leadership and analytical skills, English proficiency, and experience with MS Office and POS systems. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and travel within Surabaya.
1. Develop strategies to increase store sales, traffic, and profitability.
2. Ensure daily store operations aligned with company's goals and procedures
3. Lead and develop store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
4. Monitor sales performance, inventory, expenses, and overall store profitability
5. Prepare reports and implement improvements to enhance store performance and efficiency
Requirements:
1. Graduated from Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
2. Min. 3–5 years of experience as supervisor position in a retail industry.
3. Understands retail operations and stock inventory.
4. Has strong leadership, good analytical, communication, problem-solving skills, and target-oriented.
5. Excellent verbal and written in English, MS Office, POS systems, and monitoring sales.
6. Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and located in Surabaya.
