Job summary

PT Panen Lestari Indonesia (PLI) is seeking a Finance & Accounting Supervisor to oversee financial, sales, and operational reporting in the Medan area. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and supporting store operations across the retail network.

The candidate should have a D3 or S1 in Finance/Accounting, at least 3 years in a related function (retail/FMCG preferred), and strong Excel skills. Willingness to work shifts and weekends in Medan is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related function, preferably in retail/FMCG.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy.
• Willing to work in shift, weekends, and located in Medan.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial, sales, and operational reports.
• Monitor and reconcile daily cashier transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage cash handling processes, including bank deposits and cash float requirements.
• Coordinate documentation related to vouchers, tax invoices, audits, and inventory records.
• Supervise cashier operations and support smooth store operations in accordance with company standards.
