Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail supervisory experience.
• Preferably specializing in Sales - Retail - Grocery or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical skills and working with Excel.
• Preferable domicil in Jakarta area.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations.
• Ensure all company SOPs are implemented.
• Analyze sales data (best selling, less selling, avg. transaction per unit) to push sales.
• Maintain and arrange merchandise displays per guidelines.
• Control and propose merchandise movement to increase store sales.
• Manage and develop store team.
