Job summary

PT Panen Lestari Indonesia is seeking a store supervisor in Medan to drive sales, optimize store operations, and lead a team toward targets while delivering excellent customer service.

You will monitor performance, manage expenses, and prepare reports with improvements to boost efficiency and profitability. The role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, and readiness to work shifts in Medan area.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
• Min. 3–5 years of experience as supervisor position in a retail industry.
• Understands retail operations and stock inventory.
• Has strong leadership, good analytical, communication, problem-solving skills, and target-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written in English, MS Office, POS systems, and monitoring sales.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and located in Medan area.
