Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business/Management.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial position in store operational.
• A thorough understanding of store operational activities and retail fashion/beauty industry.
• Has strong leadership, excellent communication skills, as well as keen business sense.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Has a good command of English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the achievement of sales growth and profitability targets by strategically managing the Direct Brands Operation Division/Beauty Store Operation Division.
• Manage the operational budget to ensure cost effectiveness and achieve profit targets, and implement effective inventory management.
• Manage the team to ensure optimal division performance by delivering service excellence.
