Pt Scuto Indonesia (Head Office) in Indonesia seeks an energetic Assistant Store Manager to support retail operations across Bekasi, Bogor, Depok, and Jakarta. You will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store functions and lead a team of sales associates to meet sales goals.

The role emphasizes customer service, inventory control, visual merchandising, training, and development of staff. You will also handle customer issues, support cash handling, and deputize for the Store Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in retail management or a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays in Bekasi, Bogor, Depok, or Jakarta.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations.
• Supervise and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently met.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Support training and development of store staff.

• Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards.
