Job summary

naPocut in Indonesia seeks a Store Operations Lead to supervise SPG teams, coordinate store promotions, and ensure merchandising execution across multiple outlets. You will oversee scheduling, attendance, and basic HR coordination with support from the team.

You will travel frequently for store visits and activations, track performance, report insights, and work with Marketing, Commercial, and Warehouse to align timelines and goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in retail or store operations.
• Proven track record managing multiple outlets with consistent results.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to travel frequently for store visits and activations.
• Detail oriented and organized in managing logistics and reporting.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach store promoters (SPG) to ensure performance targets are met.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor display consistency, sales readiness, and merchandising execution.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and VM activities.
• Track and report store performance, customer insights, and competitor activity.
• Handle SPG scheduling, attendance, and basic HR coordination (with team support).
• Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Warehouse to align on timelines and goals.
• Support events and pop-ups from preparation to on-ground coordination.
• Coordinate with B2B partners and vendors to support sales activities.
• Ensure timely reporting, follow-ups, and resolution of store issues.
