Job summary

Shipper in Jakarta is seeking a proactive Purchasing and Procurement Associate to manage purchasing and procurement processes based on sales targets, demand, and inventory needs. What Are The Requirements:

Minimum D3/S1 from any major.

1–2 years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Purchasing, Procurement, E-commerce, or Inventory Management.

Experience in Beauty, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.

Experience managing purchasing for marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, or TikTok Shop is a plus.

Familiar with inbound, fulfillment, and inventory management processes.

Good understanding of skincare, cosmetics, haircare, or personal care categories is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Comfortable working with targets, deadlines, and data.

Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

Willing to be based in Jakarta.
