Somethinc - BeautyHaul in Indonesia is seeking an Admin/Sales Admin for Modern Trade operations. You will validate orders, process POs in channel portals, and help maintain master data and listings for new products across multiple channels.

The role requires at least 1 year in admin or sales admin within FMCG/retail, strong Excel skills, and excellent teamwork to meet deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience in admin/sales admin/Modern Trade (FMCG/Retail a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and detail-oriented with data.
• Good communication skills, well-organized and responsible.
• Able to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Validate & input orders submitted by BA/SMD through the form.
• Process POs in channel portals (Sarinah, Rambla, MDS, Watsons) & handle internal transfers if needed.
• Prepare weekly & monthly sales reports; reconcile stock vs sell-out data.
• Update product master data when there’s a new product launch (NPD).
• Prepare and ensure SKP (promotion documents) are complete, signed, and sent to relevant parties.
• Prepare listing documents for new products/NPD/NOO in all channels.
• Coordinate GA for GWP (Gift With Purchase) needs in Modern Trade channels.
• Validate consignment orders in case of any discrepancies in received goods (coordinate with the warehouse).
