Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry seeks a passionate Retail HCBP Officer to join the Human Capital team in Bandung. You will partner with retail leaders to drive end-to-end HR processes, covering recruitment, onboarding, development, HR administration, and offboarding, while ensuring HR data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will support employee engagement, performance, and relations, with a hands-on, analytical approach to continuously improve HR operations across Jawa Barat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and labor law implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review experiential HR operations across all retail locations in the Jawa Barat region.
• Manage end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, development, HR administration, and termination.
• Support employee engagement and development initiatives to strengthen the experiential culture.
• Ensure HR data accuracy and compliance with policies and labor regulations.
• Provide consultation on employee relations, performance, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate with central HR teams to ensure alignment of HR programs.
• Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
