Job summary

PT. Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry in Jakarta seeks a passionate Retail HCBP Officer to partner with our Human Capital team.

You will monitor experiential HR operations across Jabodetabek, delivering end-to-end HR support from recruitment to offboarding, and ensuring a positive employee experience in retail. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in psychology or HR, 2–3 years in HR operations, and strong communication.

• Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and people-focused Retail HCBP Officer to join our Human Capital team. This role is responsible for monitoring and reviewing experiential HR operations across the ‘Jabodetabek’ , ensuring smooth and effective end-to-end HR processes that support business growth and employee engagement. As a true business partner, you will deliver integrated HR support from Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, HR Administration, and employee offboarding, to create a positive and efficient HR experience in retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor HR operational activities across all retail locations in the Jabodetabek Region.

Handle the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, HR administration, and termination. Collaborate with retail leaders to identify and fulfill manpower needs in a timely manner.

Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
