Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri is seeking a passionate Retail HCBP Officer to join our Human Capital team. You will monitor experiential HR operations across Jabodetabek, delivering end-to-end HR support from recruitment to offboarding and ensuring positive HR experiences in retail.

Role requires 2–3 years HR operations/HRBP in retail, strong labor law knowledge, and excellent communication. Willingness to be placed in Makassar and open to relocation across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, or related field.
• 2–3 years in HR operations or as HRBP, retail preferred.
• Strong HR process knowledge and labor law.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
• Willing to be placed in Makassar.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor HR operational activities across all retail locations in the Jabodetabek.
• Handle the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, HR administration, and termination.
• Collaborate with retail leaders to identify and fulfill manpower needs in a timely manner.
• Support employee engagement and development initiatives to strengthen the experiential culture.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Provide consultation and support on employee relations, performance, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate with central HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency in HR program implementation.
