Job summary

You will lead workforce planning, drive employee experience, oversee performance management and Industrial Relations, and ensure payroll, HRIS, and data governance are accurate across multi-location operations.

Collaborating with Retail leaders and cross-functional teams, you will develop capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, management, law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HCBP, HRBP, or HR Generalist roles with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Employment Law and Industrial Relations.
• Experience in retail, distribution, or multi-location businesses is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HC partner to Retail Operations, translating business priorities into people strategies and initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning, manpower readiness, and fulfillment strategies to ensure Retail Operations have the right workforce at the right time.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, HRIS, and employee data management to ensure accurate, timely HC services.
• Monitor key HC and workforce metrics and translate data into actionable insights for Retail leaders.
• Lead and develop the HCBP team while improving HC service quality, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
