Job summary

PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia seeks a Retail Leasing Specialist to manage long-term F&B and Non-F&B tenants, acquire new tenants, monitor operations, and administer lease agreements across our shopping centers. You will develop tenant mix strategies, maintain updated tenant data, prepare proposals for management approval, and support contract administration and unit handovers.

The role requires strong negotiation, market analysis, and coordination skills, with responsibility for reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in management, economics, or related field.
Experience in retail leasing or tenancy management preferred.
Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills and ability to analyze markets and categories.

Responsibilities

Manage fulfillment of long-term F&B and Non-F&B tenants including acquisitions and lease administration.
Develop tenant mix strategies and maintain updated tenant data for approval readiness.
Support acquisition of new tenants by researching prospects and preparing lease offers.
Support tenant relationship management and maintain accurate tenant database.
Prepare periodic reports on occupancy and tenant administration.
Ensure smooth contract administration and unit handover processes.
