Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. in Indonesia seeks a Supervisor Consumer Engagement to lead brand activation across the Jambi region. You will plan and execute engagement programs, analyze consumer trends, and drive field activations with agencies and communities to connect brands with people.

You’ll coordinate with stakeholders, manage partnerships, and ensure high-quality field execution while relocating across Indonesia as needed. This is an on-site role requiring a 6-day work pattern.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline with GPA 3.00.
• Experience in consumer engagement, brand activation, or related areas.
• Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills.
• Ability to turn insights into actionable business plans.
• Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to work in the field and relocate across Indonesia.
• Social media savvy with a good understanding of consumer trends.
• Valid SIM A driver's license; ability to drive a manual vehicle is a plus.
