Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to drive in-store visibility, distribution, and retailer partnerships across multiple locations in Indonesia. The role involves hands-on field work, travel, and relocation as needed.

The candidate should be a fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset. This on-site position requires travel across cities and states, with SIM C and/or SIM A driving eligibility.

Qualifications

• Identify market opportunities and share insights to drive growth.
• Track performance, solve challenges, and deliver impactful results in the field.
